Subject: Permitting http across a firewall - bad idea? How to do it?
From: Gary Goldberg <og @ access . digex . net>

Has anyone successfully set this up, and have knowledge of the procedures
necessary to secure it. We want to permit http for WWW/Mosaic access, but
we're not sure of the socket number(s) to allow, and if there is something
else we might be missing. We're using a Cisco router. Thanks in advance
for any help. We're setting this up for our employers (Census Bureau), - Gary
