You should verify your facts before you speak.  The very fact that Suns DO
forward IP packets even if they only have a single network interface is one
of the largest causes of broadcast storms on most networks.  A single
misconfigured host on your network will normally result in all your Suns
trying to forward its broadcasts to some other network.  This usually either
leads to broadcast loops or many simultaneous ARP requests for the same address.

Sun's seems to be one of the few IP implementations that exhibits this
behavior.
