When we were using Alternet they as well had sent us a
Netblazer for routing packets. In actuality, we had
ordered a Cisco but apparently there were on back order
for three months or so.

We have since terminated service with Alternet, however,
we never had any problems with their service or support.
They are a wonderful organization.

Now that we are with Sprint at all of our offices around
the world, we all have Cisco routers. I think that the
Ciscos have a much more intuitive (to me) user-interface
for administration and have better filter capabilities.

My $.02.
