Subject: SOLARIS 2.X security profiling tool(s)

Question: Regarding SOLARIS 2.X.

We are starting to use Solaris 2.3 on a few of our systems, and would
like to know if there are any utilities on the net that examine
existing user passwords, system configuration parameters and the like from a
security configuration perspective for use by system administrators.

We have been using utilities such as tripwire, cops, etherscan, TAMU
and the like for evaluating the security afforded by our existing SUN
microsystems platforms (SUNoS 4.1.3).

We would like a similar level of comfort for our Solaris systems
in the future.

Thanks to all in advance, and I will summarize for the net after
collecting any / all answers to this E-mail.
