	The easy answer is to request them all to sign a memo of
understanding that they are responsible for damage or loss to the
systems, will be billed for maintenance time related to security
incidents, and that they're responsible for any other security
related incidents that may pose a liability to the college [e.g.:
warez dumps, cracker bases, child porno, etc]  If they sign it,
you're off the hook. :)
