I'm pretty sure this is incorrect. 9.1.2 (I think; it was _some_
recent Cisco release) includes filters on inbound interfaces, but NOT
source port filtering.
I'd love to be proven wrong, though; source port filtering is the last
major missing feature in Cisco's packet filtering.
