Peter Tattam has just asked me to announce to this list a beta version of
Trumpet Winsock which will work with Sock 4.1.
He did say there was a problem with Bind in that the host check was done
on the Socks server. He disabled this check to get Winsock to work.
Peter made the suggestion to have a new socks command which does a bind
without needing an ipaddress.
Peter wishes to keep control over who uses the beta at the moment so if
you would like to try it please contact me.
