I agree that your firewall policy has to match your other security
policies, but my concern is not how to prevent an internal user from
deliberately hurting the company. My concern is how to provide a user
with the access to the internet that they desire, while still
protecting that user, and the company, from trojan programs. Having a
castle is great, but if one of your trusted friends who lives there
invites in Attila by mistake, you have a problem.
