I wholeheartedly agree. Please put the above info in the FAQ, including
how to actually source-route telnet using the client. I had to read the
code to work it out. Also, since this program is relevant for testing
firewalls, perhaps it could be placed on ftp.greatcircle.com and/or
ftp.tis.com. Anyone else volunteer? ftp.austin.unimelb.edu.au is not the
best connected site in the world. (The locations should be mentioned in
the FAQ).
As for posting the FAQ monthly or weekly, perhaps a weekly notification
of the FAQ's location and last update time would suffice. As well, a
nice message from majordomo to new subscribers, urging them to read the
FAQ would possibly help to reduce repeat questions.
