I am familiar that an DecStation 5000 can handle, easily, a T1 (DS-1,
1.5 MB/S) connection.  Does anybody know what can a 45 Meg/Sec
connection?

  This dual homed machine must run screend, mail and a few proxies.
Most of the incoming stream will be video/audio over a fast IP.
