I believe it's Irix/SunOS - UnixWare does not have it. Of course,
the pure Streams architecture of the U/W TCP/IP stack would make it
fairly straightforward to add a filtering Streams module, or to use
the pseudo-net technique (see //research.att.com/dist/smb/pnet.ext.ps.Z).
