I had them BUILD me a 2500 router in 1 day! I drove to their Palo
Alto facility and picked it up. We had one fail and needed an
expedited replacement. Their build-to-order capability is very
impressive.

My Cisco 2500 arrived in about one week. I think Cisco's past is haunting
