What are the legal liabilities of spreading the word that site X
harbors thieves?

I ask because I've had several breakin attempts from a major service
provider. Most of these are lameo attempts to use canned packages. I
say 'most', becaue there's the chance some might have gotten w/o my
noticing.

In any case, I've had hella time getting them to even return my calls
concerning these problems. I'm somewhat concerned about saying "site
X is harboring crackers and isn't doing anything about it", especially
when there are many commercial firms relying on site X for
connectivity. (ie: site X sues me/General Magic for lost revenue,
slander, etc etc.)
