Part the first:
     Yet Another request for direct info on products and consultants.  People
tend to ask me for info, and just today I was asked (for a small island
nation's teleco corp, to pique the interest of the blase') about drop-in,
supported solutions, be they -in-a-box or consultants, for firewalls.
     This brings to mind that, yes, the FAQ should not take any 'endorsing'
stance, but surely this question _is_ frequently asked; I'd be willing to
re-distribute the responses I get to interested parties.

Part the second:
     Wouldn't a better thing than 'deny' lists be 'alarm' lists, based on
the system management's responsiveness & the 'tenure' of unresponsive staff
members?
     Either way, list-making sounds like busy-work.
