I _telephone_ sites that "rattle" our doorknob, I've found eMail to be
less than satisfactory, the personal element of using the phone seems to
work better.
I'd be _very_ interested in discussing, _off_line of course, how firewall
readers establish the threshold between "innocent/erroneous behaviour" and
activities that constitute a security incident.
