COPS is a utility which will check out your system and notify you of any
noticable vulnerabilities (directory permissions set wrong, setuid scripts,
etc) It also includes an expert system and a crack-like password checker.
It does not actually monitor user actions, but you can tell if to examine
user directories for setuid files, etc.  It is mostly for checking the
non-user areas of your system for known problems and vulnerabilities.
