Sorry if this is being posted twice, I seem to be getting multiple copies
of this message.

You can use either a reliable datalink layer, like X.25 (ugly, but not
too hard to set up), or you can use the DNSIX Audit Trail Monitor, which
adds a reliable delivery layer on top of UDP.
