The package is called simply "security" and is fairly easy to install and setup.
The thing to watch is all the auditing that comes with the C2 being turned on
(logs accumulate) and the Secure RPC is now used.  This can be controlled but
requires more thought and reading when setting C2 up then just the simple 
example Sun gives.
