Well it's a transport layer between winsock and TCP. I'm doubting the
existence of this thing more and more.

The best I can offer at this time is a script that I wrote for the Lan
Workplace Host Presenter which interactively prompts for a hostname to
which to connect. Then it goes about its business logging into the
telnet proxy. This is, of course, only usefull to those running
LWP or LWG. If interested, I'll pass it along to anyone who wants it.
