You seem to think I was not sincere.  I was.  I am interested in more
and better tools that others have developed.  I am not trying to get
anyone to buy anything from me by asking the question, and if and when I
see ways to improve existing public domain tools, I mention them to the
authors off-line.  I don't believe that technology is the be-all and
end-all to information protection, but I do believe that good tools are
very important to technical aspects of protection.
