It's easy to join cicso users group. Buy a cicso router.
If by chance you _really_ meant "how do I subscribe to the cisco mailing
list" then then answer is:
send an e-mail message to: cisco-request @
spot .

edu and ask to
be added to the list.
The mailing list is also gated to a Usenet newsgroup and I believe the
