There are a lot of fine antivirus products that do similar things.
One of the best and least expensive is f-prot by Frisk.

Aren't you concerned about privacy issues here? I don't just mean
personal privacy, but also the intelligence information that can be
derived from knowing what different people are looking at. Gee - the
legal department, executives, and corporate buyout people are looking at
all sorts of areas related to Lotus Corp. There may be a buyout under
consideration. Buy Lotus stock!!!
