It's spam. It was crossposted to all lists at GreatCircle.COM, and has
been posted to most other lists on the Internet as well. The thing to do
is just ignore it; don't waste bandwidth talking about it on Firewalls. If
you're really interested in talking about it, join the List-Managers
mailing list (send "subscribe list-managers" in the body of a message to

GreatCircle .
COM"); that's a much more appropriate forum.
