I use procmail v3.11 from ftp.informatik.rwth-aachen.de. It does a great job of
filtering the 8 lists I'm on (before I used procmail I had 1020 messages in my
mail spool *gah*). I simply use the a rule of ^To: or ^Cc: and a subset of the
names (.*cert.*cert.org, .*irewall.*ircle.com.*) to filter my mail.

Works great for me, and it will always be in either To: or Cc:.
