How does this number-of-hosts licensing work? Is it a certain number of
hosts per time period? The number of simultaneous connections?
i.e. if I have 100 hosts at site Xyz, but I only care about allowing
50 of them to simultaneously access the Internet, can I get by with
just a 50-user license? Or (in the extreme case) if I want to pipe
everything through an internal "bastion host" of sorts, can I get by
with just 1 license?
