Any switching hub will do although that's expensive.

Cabletron makes a line of hubs that "encrypt" data on other ports on the 
hub that don't have the intended MAC address.  603-332-9400  Might be 
what you are looking for.

You could also use a spare router port on your outside router - if you 
have one.

If you are just getting into firewalls, some support a third ethernet 
card.


All effectively preventing sniffers in the DMZ from seeing 
firewall-router traffic.
