John Norstad of Northwestern University and Mac Programming fame (PH,
 NewsWatcher, and Disinfectant) wrote a PopPassd program that
 interacts with Eudora's "Change Password" option.  It works in
 cleartext, but it does work.  It's available via anonymous ftp from
ftp.acns.nwu.edu, I believe.
