I noticed 2 new (or revised) 2 Internet Drafts were released by IETF today
that may be of interest to this list.

One was on a new (3.0) SSL (Secure Socket Layer) spec.

The other was on a std for tunnelling SSL thru WWW proxies.

They should be available from the usual places (ie. off of the IETF
Internet Drafts web page and ftp directory).
