We at our company recently installed Novix Firefox as an IP/IPX gateway. The
company has a leased 56k line. The performance is horrible. I could dial in
at 14.4 and surf the Net faster than doing it through a Firefox Gateway.

Could it be the overhead from stripping and rebuilding the packets.

Any idea or experiences out there?
