Do not include a subject line with your message. Not only will you get your
wish -- to get off the list -- you will stop annoying all the listmembers who
actually paid attention to and *kept* the welcome message from the listowner
when they subscribed to the list -- a welcome message which contained full
instructions for how to unsubscribe.
You may wish to keep these welcome messages when you subscribe to other mailing
lists. Otherwise you become what's lovingly known in the business as a pain in
the butt.
