The "popular" answer was the GNU fileutils
(ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/fileutils-3.12.tar.gz). I made the mistake
of looking for something too specific (like an ls archive).

This is working great in testing.

I could not find the ls archive at ftp.tis.com. Maybe I did not look hard
enough.

FYI - By minimal, I meant an ls without all the features. Less code, less
worries! I thought TIS had one... I will look a little harder!

FYI - Using the aftpd by mjr. Boy does this make life easy for an anonymous
FTP server!!!
