I haven't tried this method myself, but from the looks of one of the
gtemplate config files, you can block certain URL's with the Fail
directive, much like you allow them with the Pass directive. For example,
I want to block access from the inside (protected) network to
www.persiankitty.com:
Pass http:*
Pass ftp:*
Pass gopher:*
Pass wais:*
Fail http://www.persiankitty.com/*
