Apparently one of our users obtained the list of subscribers to this
mailing list, and sent out junk email to everyone on the list.

This was the second time that this person has spammed others. The first
time he was issued a warning, and this time his account was immediately
removed.

For the record, the service that he was subscribed to is a mail
forwarding service only. The email that he sent originated from another
server, and he merely placed his address @mail.serve.com in the reply to
field.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, and ask you
to understand that while it is not possible to prevent such actions, we
are certainly willing to work towards immediately putting an end to them.

If you have any questions or comments on the subject, please address them to:

 com

Thank you for your time.
