Due to the mail I've got, I'd like to amplify and clarify what I know. I
can only confirm that this hack works from a UNIX based system; I don't
know if works by attacking PC and Mac based IRC clients. It is possible
due to a hole in the CTCP protocol that is part of the IRC distribution.
I posted this here because I thought it may be the appropriate forum, but if
it is not, please tell me, and I'll try and spead the word by other means.
Actually, I'd like to know how I could notify the best people to address
this thing, now that I know its a little bigger than I thought.
