listen is the "System V network listener service," basically a TLI
version of inetd.  It can be contacted to request that a service
be started on the other end of the connection.  Possible services
that it might invoke are listed in /etc/saf/tcp/_pmtab, but you're
supposed to use "pmadm -l -p tcp" to display that file.
