i have
mailed said person a number of times about particular problems with
their internal mail system (i send a reasonable amount of mail into
microsoft everyday). i have never received a reply even to the effect
of thanks i read your mail. i suspect they have a
postmaster: /dev/null
in their /etc/aliases (yes they run unix machines on their internet
mail connection, not NT or otherwise).
