No such animal as far as I know, but then there is a lot I know I don't know.

Kerberos & DCE let you specify the services that a user may access.  Then
the application can make GSS-API calls for whatever type of custom session
you want.  Alas, you have to write the application yourself and invent the
high level protocol.
