Opus One has a product which can be used with email backbones
interested in avoiding mail bombs and mail storms.  If you're
running a real backbone (i.e., not sendmail), that may be
what you're looking for.  If you're looking for some sendmail
add-on, I don't know of any product, but I have heard that
some folks are looking at the problem.
