Hi all,
Sorry to interrupt the various discussions on this list, but there
seem to be several systems which are looping back messages to
this mailing list, often several times.
I wonder if the MajorDomo software can be configured to discard any
messages which already have Received: headers indicating that the
message has been processed by this server. Notice the Received:
headers in the enclosed message, which is only the latest in a
long round of these loops I have seen this week. This message has gone
through GreatCircle 3 times now, through 2 other loopers.
PLEASE, if you forward the Firewalls mailing list to an internal
list, make sure that you DO NOT loop messages back to the main
list.
(Sorry for the shouting but I get enough new mail each day to
get angry when I have to read the same message several times:-).
