Document contains no data

Hello;

>From time to time we get the following message from Netscape browser "The 
document contains no data" and if we try the same URL we get a "Network 
error..."
if we try the same URL again we are able to get to the URL.

Any ideas as of what may be happening?.  Is this the same problem as cache 
with DNS?

I appreciate any comments.
