Hi!
I'm another user of FW1 with problems!
I'm in Israel (~10 minutes drive from checkpoint's HQ and labs!) and
I have a problem tickket open for 4 months!
Their support is even worse then my worst dreams and I already told them so.
I does not seem to help. I'm still waiting for them to call me and say
they have fixed the BUG we found in the product!
Until then.... I guess they will not use me as a reference site!
