Subject: Mail Gateways for firewalls?

I am looking for a simple SMTP gateway for firewalls. I have looked at
smap, which I like, but I'm thinking of something that doesn't even need
the intricacies of sendmail. Optimal would be a process that just
accepts mail from the outside and forwards it to the inside; and accepts
mail from an inside server and forwards it to my ISP's mail server for
"smart" delivery. If somebody can point me in the right direction for
using plug-gw to do this I would appreciate it. My target platform is
Linux.

Chris

(before I get flamed as a NT defender for using a Linux approach, my
point has always been to use the best tools for the job. In some cases
that is NT, in others it's Linux or ???)
