What are the risks of running an snmp agent on a firewall? For example, to
monitor your ISP or your external router? and then periodically retrieve the
data off of the box via an encrypted tunnel or ssh back to your Openview
server on the internal net.

If there are serious risks with snmp then what are others doing? Is there a
proxy available (i.e. fwtk)?
