May I know the weknesses of various utilities available, how they could
pose a threat to the network security and how to overcome this
problem?
The utilities are:
1. TELNET
2. FTP
3. WWW
4. NFS
5. R-Commands
6. NIS
If I disconnect the Port 23 of the router (disallow the remote login), is this
will totally disallow internet users from doing remote logging to my
system? If NOT, what are the other possible ways for the internet users
to do a remote logging to my system?
