I can't ping dev1.ora.com, but I doubt that the wregcgi.exe program is
intended to show you YOUR registry, its probably an example of how CGI
programs can be used to manipulate a local registry (i.e. the registry
of THEIR server).

Internet. Therefore, this would be a reasonable place to start.
