I can't ping dev1.ora.com, but I doubt that the wregcgi.exe program is
intended to show you YOUR registry, its probably an example of how CGI
programs can be used to manipulate a local registry (i.e. the registry
of THEIR server).

User name of the currently logged in user (this name could be that of a
service login, if that service has the right to interact with the
desktop. Since O'Reilly's WebSite can be run in an "interactive" mode,

Name registered for the Server service, meaning that the server service
>is running and can accept inbound login attempts
>> INet~Services <1C> GROUP
Name registered for IIS Manager Server so it can find this server in

This machine is a Browse Server or potential Browse Server (it is not
>the Master Browser, nor is it a Domain Controller)

Machine name
>> INETSERVERS <00> GROUP
Domain/Workgroup name (although in this case its definitely a domain
name)
>> WWW2 <20> UNIQUE
Name registered for the Server service, meaning that the server service
>is running and can accept inbound login attempts
>> INETSERVERS <1C> GROUP
Name registered by either PDC or BDC. In this case, this machine is
definitely a BDC since it is not the Domain Master Browser (0x1b or
0x1d), however, this machine contains a valid copy of the SAM for the
domain INETSERVERS *and* is running the Server service exposed to the
Internet. Therefore, this would be a reasonable place to start.
