To throw in another wrench: Sun has released a tcl/tk plugin. This is
based on Safe Tcl, which operates on the basis of "anything not explicitly
permitted is denied". The interpreter itself is stripped of all I/O and
stateful behaviour...

Should be interesting. NeoSoft considers Safe Tcl good enough that they
let their customers run it on their web server instead of CGI.
