No.  But, Cylink's SecureGate IS encrypted - the entire remote access session.  
SecureGate sits between the modem and the Shiva/Cisco/Ascend/what-have-you
on the host side; it's an additional driver on the PC side (or, a piece of
hardware between the serial port and the modem in the hardware instance).

We're using it here and are happy with it.
