compiling ftpd in fwtk on Linux

Hi, all

I am trying to compile ftpd that came with fwtk. It recognizes the normal
ftp as well as the request for ftp proxy. When compiling it, the compiler
complains about NCARGS in glob.c. Does anyone know what NCARGS is and how I
can get it compiled?
