We take all of our logs and burn them on CD. The CD can be read by any box that 
has a cd player, is permanent, not modifiable and easy to store. Good CD burners 
are under $2k and take about 20 minutes or so for 600MB of data. I think we're 
using a Sony CD burner connected to a Mac at the moment.
