I belive that a version of Netware does have a C2 network
rating (this requires special ethernet hardware). You'll
have to check with Novell for the details
The TCSEC (Orange Book) does not have any network requirements,
but the TNI (Red Book) title is 'TRUSTED NETWORK INTERPETATIONS' of
TCSEC
